How to DonateWe are very grateful for donations in support of Chapter programs benefiting Parkinson's patients and families. Our Tri-State Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and donations are tax-deductible (to the extent allowed by law for each donor). Gifts may be made in memory or honor of loved ones, and the Chapter will send an acknowledgment of such gifts as directed by the donor.To donate online, return to the home page and click on the "Donate Online GO!" button near the top of the home page. To donate by mail, please send a check or credit card information to Tri-State Parkinson's Wellness Chapter, 4 Triangle Park Drive, Suite 404, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. To donate by phone with a credit card, please call us at (513)948-1100 or (877)489-1110. We thank you for your consideration and generosity. Kroger Gift Cards Special Kroger gift cards, available at no charge from the Chapter, provide a significant opportunity to raise funds for Parkinson's programs for patients and their families. Simply "reload" these gift cards and use them to pay for your purchases of Kroger groceries, gas, and prescriptions. Kroger will contribute to the Chapter 4% of the value of all amounts reloaded onto these gift cards. These special gift cards do not expire and can be reloaded and used indefinitely.
