Welcome to Tri-State Parkinson's WellnessA Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA)Please Support Our Annual Giving Campaign![]() Who we areWe are an affiliate of the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), a non-profit organization founded in 1961 whose mission is to "ease the burden and find the cure" for Parkinson's Disease.What we doOur Parkinson's Wellness Chapter is based in Cincinnati and serves residents of Ohio, Kentucky, southern and central Indiana, and the Lower Peninsula of Michigan by:- Providing information to help patients, families and caregivers make connections that promote wellness in living with "PD" - Sponsoring/supporting programs of education, support, exercise and more for the Parkinson's community - Building awareness about PD and reaching out to find and assist individuals and families affected by PD - Raising funds for local services and national research.Getting the information you needIf you need information about Parkinson's, check out The Chapter collaborates with two APDA-funded regional Information and Referral Centers, whose Coordinators have special expertise and experience with Parkinson's and are available at no charge to discuss a wide range of medical and other Parkinson's-related issues with patients, families, caregivers, health professionals and others.
