Kroger Gift Card Program

Thank You Xavier - Reorganized & Revitalized Website

We hope you will be as pleased and excited as we are when you explore our reorganized and revitalized website. This was made possible through the generous efforts of Dr. Braun and student volunteers, led by Mr. John Caine, at Xavier University. Dr. Braun offered to help us by making our website revitalization a class project. John Caine worked with the Chapter in helping develop a plan for reformulating the website and then leading a team of students in implementing top to bottom changes in the way the site is organized and its content. Mr. Caine has spent countless hours in this effort, and we are most appreciative of the time and talent he has brought to this project.

We hope you will find the site more intuitive and easy to navigate as you search for information that may help you live better with Parkinson's. We recognize that websites are only as helpful as they are current. You can count on us to make every effort to keep the content relevant and up to date.

Thanks again to Xavier for making this project a reality!

Kroger Gift Card
"Use It and Earn Dollars for Your Tri-State Parkinson's Wellness Chapter"

Fund raising is critical to the Wellness Chapter's capability to bring helpful programs to those who are dealing with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers. We've identified a great way for friends of the Chapter to help in our fund raising efforts. This is through use of the Kroger Gift Card. Use of a gift card represents no additional cost to you. Please read on.

Kroger will rebate 4% of all purchases made on gift cards obtained from the Tri-State Parkinson's Wellness Chapter.

We'll send you a $1 "starter" gift card if you e-mail us at info@parkinsonswellness.org or call us at (513) 948-1100 or 1-800-840-2732 and give us your address.

Here's how gift cards work. The gift card we send you is a starter. It can be reloaded in Kroger stores time and again for any amount you choose. This can be done at the Customer Service Counter, or by presenting the card to the cashier before your groceries are scanned. Reloading the card is a separate transaction, and you can pay with cash, check or credit card. When you use your card to pay for your groceries, your receipt will reflect the balance remaining on your card. That's all there is to it! Kroger Fuel Centers also accept gift cards, and cards can be reloaded at the Fuel Centers.

Cards are like cash, so they need to be protected as you would money or a credit card.

Think of the potential! For example, if 100 of our friends consistently use the card for their Kroger purchases, and those people spend $100/week for groceries and gasoline at Kroger, this would net just over $1700/month for the Tri-State Chapter! With broad distribution of cards and consistent use by our friends, the revenue from this project could far exceed the above example.

If you have any questions about use of the Kroger Gift Card, they can be answered at the Customer Service Counter of any Kroger store, or you can call us at (513) 948-1100 or 1-800-840-2732.

Thanks in advance for your continuing help with our fund raising efforts so that we can provide the best programs for you!
